In 21 days, we’ll identify one pattern that keeps putting you back in the bottleneck, interrupt it in real time, and use that shift to make one meaningful business change that gives you back time, energy, or capacity.
Days 1–4: NOTICE
Identify the behavior, the situations that trigger it, and the short-term relief it provides. Start tracking without trying to perfectly change it yet.
Days 5–7: CATCH
Learn to recognize the Decision Point earlier. Catch the self-negotiation: “I’ll just answer quickly.” “It’s easier if I do it.” “This time is different.”
Days 8–12: INTERRUPT
Choose one tiny alternative response and rehearse it. Pause before answering. Let the email wait. Ask someone else to handle it. Hold the no. Test what happens.
Days 13–17: REPEAT + ADJUST
Practice across different real-life versions of the trigger. When the old behavior happens, you don’t start over. You look at what happened and adjust the interrupt.
Days 18–21: COLLECT EVIDENCE + LOCK IT IN
Review what actually happened when she chose differently. What didn’t fall apart? What became easier? What does she trust herself to handle now? Then decide what needs to become a structural business change so she isn’t relying on willpower.

"After my thyroid cancer diagnosis, I struggled to get back into weight training. I knew I needed to rebuild my strength, but I needed accountability to help me stay consistent, which is why I bought Carly’s Pattern Breaker Plan.
Carly’s check-ins and accountability made a huge difference. But the biggest breakthrough was discovering my own pattern interrupt.
I decided that when I pressed play, I only had to commit to ten minutes. If I still wanted to quit after ten minutes, I could turn it off.
I never did.
That simple decision completely changed how I approached my workouts. I realized my biggest obstacle wasn’t the workout itself. It was the pattern of talking myself out of starting.
Carly helped me stay accountable long enough for me to discover that pattern and create a strategy that actually works for me. I’m not just getting stronger physically. I’ve learned how to interrupt the moment when I’m about to quit and choose to keep going."
